How tuition works

Tuition depends on the weeks and hours you book. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.

What sets tuition
Tuition depends on how many weeks you book, whether your camper comes for full or half days and whether you book early or late care. We go through it with you on the call, so you know before the first week.

Registration
Registration holds a place and opens your camper's file for the summer. It is due when you register, once for the summer.
Holding a place
A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, we put you on the waitlist and call you as soon as a place opens.
Billing
Weeks are billed by the session, and the balance is due before camp starts. You pay online.
Siblings
If more than one of your children comes to camp, tell us when you register. Brothers and sisters can share a group or have their own, and we plan their weeks together.
Withdrawing
We ask for notice before a booked week, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. Tell us as soon as your plans change.

A few things sit outside tuition, and we name each one so you know what it is for.
