When to keep your child home

A camper with a fever, or who has been sick in the last day, stays home, and we ask you to tell us that morning. If a camper feels unwell at camp, we call you and a counselor stays with them until you arrive.

Drop-off and pickup

An adult on your list signs your camper in and out at the door, and we ask for ID until we know you. Drop-off is from 8:30 a.m. and pickup is at 3:30 p.m. Your camper's plan says how arrival and pickup go for them, and we follow it.

Late pickup

Call us as soon as you know you are running late, and a counselor stays with your camper until you arrive. If late pickup is a regular need, we talk about booking late care.

Meals, snacks and allergies

Campers bring lunch and a water bottle from home, and we provide a snack each morning. Tell us about allergies when you register, and we ask what we need privately. We don't share food between campers.

Closures for weather and holidays

We close for Independence Day. When weather could put a day at risk, we text families before 7:00 a.m. to say whether camp is open or moves indoors.

What to wear and bring

Closed-toe shoes, a hat, sunscreen already on, a filled water bottle and lunch. Anything that helps your camper have a good day can come along, and the plan says where it is kept.

Photos of your child

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
